To continue my work I am running LibreOffice in MS Windows on VirtualBox, but this is annoying and clumsy, and I hope I can somehow fix this, but frankly I have no idea how to go about it. This will help much more than everything you have described here. You will get a crash report number by e-mail which you can post here. Process /usr/lib64/libreoffice/program/soffice.bin was killed by signal 11 (SIGSEGV) So next time it crashes (please use 3.2 we dont fix for 3.1.1 anymore) please send a crash report adding your e-mail address in the corresponding field of the crash reporter. “A problem in libreoffice-core-3.6.7.2-4.fc18 package has been detected” I get little pop-ups from KDE and the Automatic Bug Reporting tool. I have reinstalled LibreOffice as well as Java, which I think is used by LibreOffice, at least for some functionality.
I do not believe that the problem lies necessarily with those applications.
As soon as I start an instance of ‘Writer’ or ‘Calc’, they startup, and either crash immediately, or crash as soon as I move the mouse to the top menu. I am now in the middle of a project and LibreOffice started crashing all the time.
